Project Description
Scheduled to open in Fall 2023, the 338-foot-tall tower at 15 Beekman St at Pace University will feature residence hall set atop the schools new classroom, dining hall, library facilities and more. The residence hall portion of the building will provide suite-style living with suites accommodating between five and 11 students. Suites will be available in various combinations of single, double, triple and quad occupancy rooms with most students being assigned double rooms.
