Project Description
An eight-story affordable housing building in Yonkers, 178 Warburton Avenue is part of a six-phase master plan to redevelop Cottage Place Gardens, a 256-unit distressed public housing complex built in 1945. The new building offers 81 mixed-income rental apartments ranging from 417-square foot studios to 914-square foot two-bedroom units. The property also includes a laundry room, rooftop terrace, and 33,000 square feet of outdoor living space near the center of the building.
