Marion Creston Apartments at 2861 Creston Avenue and 2997 Mario Avenue in Bronx include 25 newly constructed units. The building is being financed through the New Construction Program (NCP) of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). Supportive housing is permanent, affordable housing to serve the needs of vulnerable New Yorkers, including Veterans and the disabled.
