Project Description
SoMA at 25 Water Street is a major residential development that transformed a former commercial building into a 32-story apartment tower in Lower Manhattan. The project, developed through a partnership of CetraRuddy, GFP Real Estate, Metro Loft Management, and Rockwood Capital, delivers 1,320 rental apartments tailored for contemporary urban lifestyles.
The building includes more than 100,000 square feet of shared amenities and community areas. SoMA also incorporates 330 affordable units made available through the NYC Housing Connect lottery for households earning up to 130% of the area median income.
