Project Description
Located in the Westchester Square neighborhood of the Bronx, 2438 Lyvere Street is a new eight-story, mixed-use development bringing much-needed affordable housing to the area. Designed by Badaly Architects and developed by Arjan Gjushi, the building offers a total of 45 residential units, with 14 apartments designated for affordable housing through NYC Housing Connect.
