204 Avenue A is a seven-story affordable housing building located in Manhattan’s East Village, within the Alphabet City neighborhood. Developed by New York City’s Housing Preservation and Development and designed by Shakespeare Gordon Vlado Architects, the 69-foot-tall structure covers 14,029 square feet. The building offers ten cooperative apartments averaging 930 square feet each, providing much-needed affordable living options in a vibrant urban setting.
