Project Description
Lyra NYC is a 52-story residential skyscraper located at 555 West 38th Street in Hudson Yards. The 570-foot-tall tower was designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects with SLCE Architects serving as the architect of record. Developed by Rockrose, the building offers 598 rental units ranging from studios to two-bedroom layouts, providing a diverse mix of living options for residents.
Situated along Eleventh Avenue between West 38th Street and West 39th Street, Lyra NYC stands directly across from the Jacob K. Javits Center. Site C GC served as the general contractor, overseeing the successful construction of this modern high-rise.
