Project Description
121 West 125th Street is a transformative mixed-use development that spans over 414,000 square feet along one of Harlem’s most iconic corridors. The 17-story building was brought to life through a partnership between Taconic Partners, L+M Development Partners, BRP Companies, and the Prusik Group, under a long-term lease with Empire State Development. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle, the project reimagines a 40,000-square-foot block-through site into a destination that blends retail, residential, office, nonprofit, and cultural uses.

At the ground level, 90,000 square feet of retail space invites both national and local tenants, creating a strong commercial presence along 125th Street. Above, 75,000 square feet of Class-A office space and 170 affordable housing units provide critical access to modern workplaces and high-quality homes. The building is also home to the new national headquarters of the National Urban League, which includes the Urban Civil Rights Museum Experience and a dedicated space for job training and community programming.
