Project Description
153-24 90th Road is a 21-story mixed-use development featuring 139 permanently affordable residential units alongside 5,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space. Located within the Special Downtown Jamaica District, this project transformed a previously distressed commercial site in a C6-3 zoning district into a vibrant community asset. The building offers a diverse range of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments designed to meet the needs of low-income households and survivors of domestic abuse.
The development was realized in partnership with New York State Homes and Community Renewal and the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, as part of the Supportive Housing Opportunity Program (SHOP).
