Project Description
5055 Broadway is a newly completed 11-story residential development located in the Inwood neighborhood of Manhattan. Designed by Fischer + Makooi Architects and developed by Timber Equities, the 50,808-square-foot building brings 60 rental apartments to the area, offering a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. Fifteen of these residences are designated as affordable housing, aligning with the broader goals of the Inwood Rezoning Plan. The structure also includes ground-floor retail space, adding a commercial presence to a stretch of Broadway that continues to see new investment and transformation.
