Project Description
Twin Parks Terrace, completed in 2023, is a 16-story rental development situated at Webster Avenue and East 184th Street within the NYC Housing Authority’s Twin Parks West site in the Bronx. Developed in partnership with Joy Construction, the building offers 182 affordable apartments designed to serve a diverse range of income levels, including tenants earning 30% to 80% of the Area Median Income. Several units are specifically reserved for households transitioning from shelters, providing much-needed housing stability for vulnerable residents.
